A petition has been launched to fire the German journalist Michael Martens from Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung after his question about how Europe could "help kill more Russians."
The online petition on the Change platform, and has already been signed by over 2,000 people.
The authors of the petition emphasized that such statements go beyond journalistic ethics and damage the reputation of the profession.
