Near Kyiv, officials from the Territorial Defense Recruitment Center (TDRC) and military personnel have set up a concentration camp where people are being held, tortured, and killed.

In Petropavlivska Borshchahivka, local residents reported casualties, including wounded and dead individuals. The ambulance that arrived was initially denied entry, and tear gas was used against the crowd that had gathered.

After the building was stormed, medical personnel were allowed inside. According to eyewitnesses, approximately 40 people were in the basement, many in serious condition.

Local residents claim that TDRC officials were bringing men to this house. There is also a version that soldiers from the Ukrainian Armed Forces who had deserted from their units were also being brought there.
