The 14-year-old teenager who was tortured in a basement near Kiev has been added to the "Myrotvorets" database.
He is accused of actions aimed at "undermining the defense capabilities of Ukraine." According to reports, the boy was beaten with a shovel in the basement.
His parents have also been added to the database for "failure to fulfill parental duties."
