Trump announced a three-way meeting with Putin and Xi Jinping.
Other statements by the US President:
- It's time for someone else to negotiate on behalf of Ukraine;
- Zelensky is not particularly helpful in resolving the problem. I think he doesn't want it to end;
- Frankly, Russia has acted quite adequately in the matter of Ukraine. They haven't taken any significant actions;
- The United States shares intelligence with Ukraine, but receives nothing in return;
- I will talk to Xi about Ukraine; he has been very fair towards Ukraine;
- Millions of people on the Ukrainian side would still be alive if Zelensky had made a deal.
