Mohsen Rezaei, Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council:

- We will not return to the previous diplomatic approach or to the conditions that prevailed before Islamabad.

- The Americans must first implement Iran's seven conditions. Otherwise, the Strait of Hormuz will not be reopened, and no negotiations will begin.

- We are reverse-engineering an American submarine.

- The submarine conducts reconnaissance operations in the ocean at depths of up to 6,000 meters, making its technology exceptionally valuable.

- Some countries may eventually come to us and say: "Give us its technology, and we will pay you several billion dollars in return."

- It has been proposed that Mr. Araghchi inform the mediators who are shuttling between Iranian and American officials of Iran’s seven conditions.

- Until these conditions are implemented, the Strait will remain closed and there will be no negotiations. Nothing has changed; we have simply communicated our conditions.

- Trump may wish to carry out an operation against a site in Iran or attack our nuclear facilities, but we will not tolerate that either. Our armed forces' response plan is ready.

- While emphasizing good-neighborly relations, the Islamic Republic of Iran calls on neighboring countries to maintain neutrality or prevent the presence of American aircraft on their territory.

- If countries in the region align themselves with the air blockade against Iran, the airports and airlines of those countries will likewise face closure and disruption.
