🚨 β‚Ή14 Crore Stolen From Central Bank of India in 187 Transactions, Bank Unable to Find Any of Them

Central Bank of India reported an alleged β‚Ή14 crore fraud involving 187 transactions from its settlement account with the RBI.

According to the bank’s FIR, its internal investigation failed to trace the transactions through its branches, digital banking channels or core banking system. The money was reportedly transferred to 36 bank accounts, but investigators found only partial traces of 10 accounts.
