Army personnel at Shaikpet, Jubilee Hills answered in same language after a 2,500-sq-yard plot claimed by Army, was allotted for a Muslim graveyard by Waqf

The Army objected, claiming the land falls under Defence control. The Waqf Board disputes this, saying it is notified Waqf property.

A clear message: Defence land cannot be claimed by simply declaring it Waqf property.
