๐ฎ๐ณ ISRO is targeting October 15โ20 for the launch of NVS-03, the next-generation NavIC navigation satellite, aboard a GSLV Mk-II from Sriharikota.
The launch could restore NavICโs standalone positioning capability, which currently lacks the minimum four operational satellites required for basic positioning services.
NVS-03 follows the NVS-02 setback in January 2025, when a pyro-system anomaly prevented the satellite from reaching its intended orbit.
ISRO says corrective measures have since been implemented.
