Daily shipments dropped to around 1.75 million barrels, compared to 2.02 million barrels in August.
The decline comes as local refiners proactively diversify their supply chains to mitigate global geopolitical risks and impending tariff pressures.
Alternative shipments from West Asian producers filled the gap seamlessly during the month.
