Confirmed after Executive Chair Euisun Chung met Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the seven-year plan will expand manufacturing for Hyundai and Kia, establish a dedicated vehicle testing track, upgrade R&D, and localise supply chains to build a dominant EV and hybrid export hub.
