Ten Class 9 girls at a Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya hostel in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh,
woke up to find their hair cut while they slept. Police are examining CCTV footage and questioning students and staff. Authorities are also investigating whether fellow students were involved, while counselling has been arranged.
