Padma Shri-awardee doctor allegedly assaulted inside BHU ICU
Padma Shri awardee and veteran cardiothoracic surgeon Dr TK Lahiri, 85, was allegedly abused and assaulted by associate professor Dr Arvind Pandey at BHU’s ICU on August 29.
His family reported facial injuries and redness around his eye. BHU has formed a medical board to investigate the allegations.
