Security forces have arrested two suspected terror associates during a joint operation in the Yarwan forest area near CB Nath, Rajpora, Pulwama.
The operation involved J&K Police, 44 Rashtriya Rifles and 183 CRPF.
Recovered: 1 pistol, 12 rounds of ammunition and 1 hand grenade.
The suspects were identified as Latif Ahmad Deedad of Lassi Daban and Aejaz Ahmad Bajad of Bun Kha Bamnoo.
A case has been registered under the Arms Act and UAPA, with further investigation underway to establish their activities and possible linkages.
