๐จ๐ฎ๐ณ Tata Motors has acquired an 89.42% stake in ๐ฎ๐น Italyโs Iveco Group for โฌ3.43 billion (โน36,300 crore), marking its biggest acquisition since buying Jaguar Land Rover in 2008.
The deal creates a โฌ22-billion global commercial vehicle powerhouse with annual sales exceeding 540,000 vehicles across India, Europe and Latin America.
