The crew — aboard the ship that departed an Israeli port en route to Romania — was rescued and safely evacuated
This is a Ukrainian made Sea Baby (Morskyi Malyuk) - developed and operated by the Ukrainian SBU
In prior reports of similar incidents involving Romania, Romanian authorities declined to blame Ukraine, vaguely referring to it as a hybrid attack of specifically unknown origin, intended to divide NATO and its allies.
