Kiev raised the same issue with Trump at the UN General Assembly, according to Newsmax; Trump reportedly told Ukrainian officials they would need to speak with Musk. The Kyiv Independent reported on August 31, citing three sources, that Musk remains opposed to allowing Starlink for deep strikes inside Russia.
