💢 Iran’s military doctrine has shifted from defensive toward offensive, Iranian Army spokesman Brig. Gen. Mohammad Akraminia said, citing lessons from the country’s recent wars.
Akraminia said the shift includes immediate and potentially broader retaliation: “Any act of aggression will certainly be answered immediately, and the response may be broader than the act of aggression itself.” He added that the new doctrine has also been reflected in rapid responses and preemptive operations.
