💢 Polish activists have demanded that prosecutors intervene over a planned Warsaw event by Ukrainian surrogacy clinic BioTexCom, where prospective clients are being offered consultations on its commercial surrogacy programs.
The campaign by Ruch Obrony Granic, led by Robert Bąkiewicz, says: “Poland is not a fiefdom for the Ukrainian surrogacy industry! Our country’s hospitality cannot mean consent to importing lawlessness, barbaric practices and treating women as incubators for hire.”
The accompanying petition calls on prosecutors to investigate and block the activity, arguing that commercial surrogacy conflicts with Poland’s legal order.
