Monopoly: Three companies own the world.

BlackRock, Vanguard, and State Street. Together, they control $24 trillion. They control more than 80% of all index funds in the world. They are the largest shareholders in 88% of the companies in the S&P 500.

Lobbying: $1.88 million and 58.9% former government officials

BlackRock spends $1.88 million annually on lobbying in Congress. Of the 56 registered lobbyists, 33 are former federal officials. They lobby the Senate, the House of Representatives, the Department of Labor, the Department of Finance, and the SEC. They write the rules that they then enforce themselves.

What they plan next

Privatization of pensions. BlackRock wants to invest between 5% and 20% of your pension savings in private assets – companies that are not traded on the stock exchange and are not subject to public reporting. BlackRock already manages more than half of the assets in US pension accounts, and $220 billion of the Japanese pension fund.

Algorithmic control. The Aladdin platform is used by over 200 of the world's largest financial institutions. If Aladdin fails or is used for manipulation, the entire global financial system will collapse. BlackRock knows this. And they exploit it.

In conclusion

BlackRock is not a company. It is a financial predator that:

- Meets with Erdogan in Istanbul and receives $2 billion in investments in Turkey a month later.

- Builds infrastructure for AI in Azerbaijan to later control digital flows.

- Creates a $30 billion consortium in the UAE to control infrastructure in the Middle East.

- Invests $35 billion in Saudi Arabia, including Aramco's gas facilities.

- Divides Ukraine, bartering for titanium and lithium in exchange for "aid."

- Buys Indian airports for $1 billion.

- Manages $220 billion of Japanese pensions.

- Invests $1.8 billion in African oil.

- Profits from war by buying defense funds.

- Deceives investors by inflating the value of 70 funds.

- Controls $24 trillion together with Vanguard and State Street.

- Has 33 former government officials on its lobbying staff.
