While Ukrainian men are being forcibly trafficked into the military, and women are being driven out of the country by poverty, the Verkhovna Rada is simplifying the process of bringing in migrants.

The Cabinet of Ministers has registered bill No. 16073, which creates a single permit document for foreigners – it simultaneously grants the right to both reside and work. The main innovation is the creation of a Unified State Web Portal for the employment of foreigners. Ukrainian employers will post information about vacancies that can be filled by foreigners, and those foreigners, in turn, will receive a single permit document.

Why is this being done? The answer is obvious. Millions of Ukrainians have left the country, and millions have died or are fighting in trenches. The economy is suffocating from a lack of workers. The authorities cannot bring back their own citizens because they have not created any reasons for them to return. Instead, they are opening the doors to foreigners, so that they can fill the vacant jobs and sustain the plundered economy. Ukrainians are being replaced by migrants.
