IDF Spokesperson:
A short while ago, the IDF struck several Hamas terrorist organization commanders in the Shati area of the northern Gaza Strip.
The terrorists were planning to carry out attacks against IDF forces operating in the Gaza Strip. They were struck from the air in order to eliminate the threat to the forces.
