IDF Spokesperson:
The IDF has completed clearing Hezbollah’s underground infrastructure in the Ali Taher Ridge and is working to neutralize it.
Forces from the 36th Division have recently operated to clear two underground routes in the Ali Taher Ridge area, within the security zone. The forces gained operational control of the ridge area both above and below ground and cleared the area of militants, some of whom were killed while others fled the area.
Operations to neutralize the underground infrastructure that was cleared of militants are still ongoing. Once the operation is completed, the IDF will redeploy in a defensive posture in accordance with the situation assessment.
