“The concern about obstruction was at its peak when the investigators came to his home. There was a question of whether to take his phone or not. He was released, at his own request, for a meeting with the Prime Minister. Time passed, and he was not yet an accused at that stage — and on the day the affair broke out, he met with the Prime Minister. So now, after a year and a half, the obstruction concern has returned? I have a hard time with that.”
