Kapparot Redemption in Memory of a Fallen Soldier and for the Construction of a Mikveh
Hello, my name is Chana, mother of the late Danit Cohen.
My Danit was my whole world—a wonderful young woman who was always caring for and helping others. Danit was killed during the war while trying to save her friends. Even then, she put the well-being of others before her own.
As we approach the anniversary of her passing and Yom Kippur, we have decided to build a mikveh in her memory in the community of Sa-Nur in northern Samaria. The mikveh will continue to bring goodness and purity into the world, just as she always did.
