Minister of Justice Yariv Levin:

The severe violence at the home of Deputy President Noam Sohlberg is grave and deserving of full condemnation.

I hope that this time, law enforcement authorities will fulfill their duty to ensure justice and eradicate violence. The one who said that there can be no effective protest without disruption of public order, and legitimized the severe violence and insubordination of left‑wing demonstrators, also bears direct responsibility for the rampant violence.

I stand by Deputy President Sohlberg and his family in these difficult hours, and call on everyone to refrain from any form of violence, which has no place and cannot be accepted.
