MK Boaron and the Lavi organization will request an additional hearing before an expanded panel of judges:
“Such a fundamental issue, touching on the integrity of the investigation, conflicts of interest at the highest levels of the law-enforcement system, and public trust as a whole, cannot be decided by a narrow two-judge majority in the face of such a forceful and well-reasoned dissenting opinion.”
