Netanyahu to Yaki Adamker and Yisrael Cohen on Kol Barama radio, regarding the ultra-Orthodox parties’ condition that a military draft law be passed before the government is sworn in:
“I wish we could do that. Will we be able to do it before the government is formed? Who knows? It depends on goodwill, understanding, and cooperation. I know that many in the ultra-Orthodox community understand that there needs to be a new, more equitable sharing of the burden.”
