Defense Minister Israel Katz instructed the IDF to heighten its alert level and be prepared for any possible scenario in Gaza ahead of October 7, which falls tomorrow, in light of intelligence indicating Hamas intends to attempt attacks against our forces in Gaza on that day.
We will respond to any harm to our forces — beyond all proportion.
