Political officials claim:
We agreed to the IDF’s request to end the operation under two conditions:
1. That the IDF expand its use of the new measure of evacuating civilians from urban areas following a terrorist attack.
2. That a message be conveyed to the Palestinian Authority warning that if another terrorist attack occurs, the evacuation will be more extensive.
