The Judicial Ombudsman has ruled that Supreme Court President Amit and Justices Stein and Kanfi-Steinitz violated Communications Minister Karhi’s right to be heard during a hearing concerning the Second Authority Council, thereby breaching the “rules of natural justice.”
However, Karhi’s position was ultimately heard, so the justices were not reprimanded.
