**Yashar! with Eisenkot Party:**
Gadi Eisenkot, Chairman of the Yashar! with Eisenkot Party, has secured an absolute majority of recommendations to receive the mandate to form a government, following the conclusion of consultations at the President’s Residence. This is the highest number of recommendations received by any candidate seeking to form a government since 2015.
The will of the people and the clear parliamentary majority leave no room for doubt: the citizens of Israel have chosen change and expressed a complete lack of confidence in outgoing Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his government.
Benjamin Netanyahu is now the head of a minority caretaker government with just 46 seats in the Knesset. He has no mandate, no majority, and no confidence of the people.
Given the gravity of the moment, the security challenges facing the country, and the urgent need to rebuild the nation, we believe it is of the utmost importance to receive the mandate from the President of Israel as soon as possible, in order to immediately establish a national emergency government that will begin working on behalf of all Israeli citizens.
At this critical moment, all public leaders who have Israel’s best interests at heart must rise to the occasion, set aside narrow political and personal considerations, and ensure that a government is formed without delay.
Failing to seize this opportunity could come at a heavy cost to the State of Israel and lead to another round of elections, contrary to the will of the Israeli people.
