I know this is an unpopular opinion and a sore point for many, but June 24, 2025, was the day I knew these midterms were already lost.

That morning, an Iranian missile struck Beersheba in southern Israel, killing four Israeli civilians. Israel was reportedly preparing to strike Iranian energy infrastructure and government targets, but President Trump intervened, shared the above tweet, and Israel was forced to call off further strikes.

He stopped us from finishing the job then. On April 7, 2026 (April 8 in Israel), he announced a two-week ceasefire with Iran that, in my view, halted the war prematurely. Then, on June 17, he signed a shameful memorandum of understanding with that murderous regime at the Palace of Versailles in France.

He tried to appease both his base and his opponents. Both betrayed him big time!

The regime in Tehran can only smile. As far as it’s concerned, the wait was worth it.

But now that the elections are over, Trump has one thing left to fight for: his legacy. He still has a chance to finish the job. Even if the regime remains in power, he can cripple it by dismantling its nuclear weapons program and destroying its ability to manufacture ballistic missiles.
