Mohammad Ghalibaf , Speaker of the Iranian Parliament and head of the Iranian negotiating delegation, clarifies:
We will not open the Strait of Hormuz until the following conditions are met:
• Lifting of the maritime blockade on Iran.
• Release of Iranian assets that have been frozen.
• Lifting of sanctions on oil.
• Cessation of threats and military actions on all fronts: Lebanon, Gaza, Iraq, and Yemen.
• Fulfillment of the remaining conditions stipulated in the memorandum of understanding.
