Yesterday (Wednesday), the IDF struck and eliminated the terrorist Ismail Mohammed Ibrahim Barim, a commander in Hamas’ military wing, in the Khan Yunis area.
The terrorist held hostages Edan Alexander, Matan Zangauker, and Avera Mengistu in a tunnel in the southern Gaza Strip.
Recently, the terrorist had been advancing attacks targeting IDF troops and Israeli civilians and attempted to rehabilitate the terrorist organization, while systematically violating the ceasefire. The strike was conducted in order to remove the threat.
