⭐️ Architect / Technical Project Manager at the agency Enabel

✏️ Що робити?
– Review architectural, structural and engineering, documentation, bills of quantities (BOQs), technical specifications, cost estimates and construction schedules.
– Check the consistency and completeness of the available documentation and identify discrepancies, omissions, technical risks and potential implementation constraints.
– Assess proposed technical solutions against applicable Ukrainian building codes and regulations, relevant standards, project requirements and the specific conditions of the facilities concerned.
– Review existing building conditions and, where necessary, participate in technical site assessments to establish the scope and priorities of rehabilitation works.
– Coordinate with designers and relevant specialists to clarify technical issues and propose practical, cost-effective and technically appropriate solutions.
– Contribute to the preparation and review of tender documentation, including technical specifications, BOQs and other construction-related annexes.
– Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and verify that works are carried out in accordance with the approved design, BOQ, technical specifications, contractual requirements and applicable regulations.

📌 Що потрібно?
– Master’s degree or equivalent higher-education qualification in one of the following or closely related fields: Architecture, Construction or Civil Engineering, Civil or Building Engineering.
– At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the construction sector, including construction engineering, architectural or engineering coordination, technical supervision, construction project management or a comparable technical role.
– Experience in reconstruction projects implemented under donor-funded programmes or in an international cooperation environment.
– Demonstrated practical experience in reviewing construction documentation, BOQs, technical specifications, cost estimates and construction schedules.
– Experience in monitoring construction works on site and assessing compliance with technical documentation, quality requirements and agreed schedules.
– Experience coordinating with contractors, designers, technical specialists and other project stakeholders.
– Experience identifying technical discrepancies, assessing proposed solutions and supporting the resolution of construction-related problems.
– Experience involving several building disciplines, including architecture, structural works, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems, and fire-protection systems, is desirable.
