✔️Обовʼязки:
▪️Manage and support the development of Electrical BIM models
▪️Verify models, perform clash detection, and ensure compliance with quality standards
▪️Support and mentor BIM team members
▪️Coordinate work with other BIM disciplines
▪️Prepare BIM documentation: reports, specifications/statements, BIM Execution Plan and shop drawings
▪️Work in Revit, Navisworks and Bluebeam on a daily basis
▪️Communicate clearly with client BIM teams throughout the project
▪️Improve workflows and modeling methods as needed
👤Вимоги:
▪️4+ years of experience in Electrical BIM
▪️Deep understanding of electrical systems
▪️Strong Revit skills with a focus on electrical
▪️Experience using Navisworks for coordination and collision detection
▪️Knowledge of BIM 360, ACC and Bluebeam
▪️Team approach and team management experience
▪️2+ successfully completed projects
▪️Responsibility, organization and deadline orientation
