Skylum is looking for an Influencer & Ambassador Marketing specialist
Responsibilities:
▪️ build and scale Luminar’s Ambassador Program;
▪️ develop ambassador onboarding, communication, activation, and retention processes;
▪️ coordinate ambassador-led offline events, and social activations;
▪️ identify and onboard creators, photographers, and niche influencers across priority markets;
▪️ develop a scalable influencer marketing workflow and relationship management system;
▪️ track creator performance, mentions, reach, engagement;
▪️ support the growth of creator presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
Requirements:
— 1-4 years of experience building or supporting ambassador programs, creator communities;
— hands-on experience working with influencers, creators, or online communities across Instagram, TikTok;
— experience working with creators and influencers across US and European markets;
— ability to build long-term creator relationships;
— strong English communication skills.
