Onlyplay is a game development company creating unique gaming experiences in the iGaming industry. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Contracts Lawyer to join our Legal team and support our business across a wide range of contractual matters.

🔎 What we’re looking for
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience, with a strong focus on contract law
• Master’s degree in Law
• Solid experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
• Understanding of legal risks and their mitigation
• Experience with international counterparties and cross-border agreements
• English proficiency at C1 level
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and negotiation skills
• Experience in IT or iGaming/gambling is a strong advantage

📌 What you’ll do
• Draft and review contracts, supplementary agreements, appendices, specifications, NDAs, and other legal documents
• Review contractual terms and assess potential legal risks
• Negotiate contract terms with counterparties and support the business throughout the contracting process
• Ensure contracts protect the Company’s interests and comply with applicable legislation
• Advise internal teams on contractual matters
• Improve contract templates, processes, and internal legal procedures
