Salary starting of : 1,500,000 IQD
Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting job interviews and managing the recruitment and selection process.
• Preparing and maintaining employee files and HR documentation.
• Monitoring employee attendance, absences, and leave records.
• Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Handling employee inquiries, concerns, and workplace issues.
• Resolving employee problems and maintaining positive employee relations.
• Coordinating with departments regarding HR-related matters.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
• Preparing HR reports and updating employee records.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and procedures.
• Experience in conducting interviews, managing employee files, attendance, and leave records.
• Hands-on experience in employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• Ability to handle employee concerns and resolve workplace issues professionally.
• High level of confidentiality, organization, and attention to detail.
