HR GENERALIST – JOB VACANCY

Iraqi Franchise Company is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in Baghdad – Al-Karrada.

Key Responsibilities

*Support the full recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing through onboarding.
*Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and absences.
*Maintain and update employee records and personnel files.
*Implement and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
*Prepare and maintain periodic HR reports.
*Manage employee contracts, warnings, and disciplinary procedures.
*Support performance appraisal processes and KPI follow-up.
*Respond to employee inquiries and address HR-related concerns.
*Coordinate with management and various departments regarding employee-related matters.
*Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR systems, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

*Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
*Previous experience in a Human Resources role.
*Good knowledge of Iraqi Labor Law and Social Security regulations.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
*Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
*Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and professional environment.
