🔹 Logistics Officer

📍 Location: Baghdad, Iraq
💼 Employment Type: 9am to 5pm

Key Responsibilities

● Coordinate and monitor daily logistics and warehouse activities.
● Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods.
● Monitor stock movement and coordinate with warehouse personnel.
● Organize and follow up on deliveries and transportation activities.
● Coordinate directly with delivery and transportation companies.
● Request and compare transportation and delivery quotations when required.
● Arrange delivery schedules and follow up on shipments until final delivery.
● Coordinate with drivers, customers, suppliers, and transportation companies.
● Prepare and maintain delivery notes, shipment documents, and logistics records.
● Follow up on delays, damages, shortages, or delivery issues and report them to management.
● Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Warehouse departments to ensure smooth operations.
● Track transportation and delivery expenses.
● Prepare regular logistics and warehouse follow-up reports.
● Support the improvement of logistics procedures and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

● Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
● Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Logistics, Warehouse, Transportation, or Supply Chain.
● Practical experience in warehouse and inventory follow-up.
● Experience dealing with transportation and delivery companies.
● Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
● Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
● Good command of English and Arabic.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
● Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Salary:1,500,000iqd
