📢 JOB VACANCY | IT OFFICER

تعلن شركة المتحدة باكينك للتعبئة والتغليف عن توفر فرصة وظيفية للانضمام إلى فريقها في منصب:

💻 IT Officer

📍 Location: Al-Hilla – Al-Mahaweel
💰 Salary: Starting from 1.250.000 IQD, depending on experience and qualifications
🚌 Transportation Line Available
🍽️ Lunch Meal Provided

### 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

* Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and IT equipment.
* Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
* Manage Windows Server environments and server services.
* Administer Active Directory, Users, Groups, and Group Policies (GPO).
* Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Routers, Switches, and Firewalls.
* Install, monitor, and maintain CCTV systems.
* Manage data backup and ensure business continuity.
* Maintain IT asset inventory and equipment allocation.
* Document IT incidents, solutions, systems, and configurations.
* Ensure compliance with IT policies and cybersecurity best practices.
* Provide daily IT support to employees and coordinate with external vendors when required.

### 🔹 Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
* Previous experience in an IT role.
* Good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Networking, and CCTV.
* Strong English language skills – Mandatory. 🇬🇧
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
