Iraqi franchise Company is pleased to announce a job vacancy for ( Leasing Sales Specialist ) to join the team responsible for managing and marketing exhibition spaces.

Responsibilities:

* Selling and leasing exhibition spaces and attracting exhibitors and clients.
* Communicating with clients and providing information about available spaces.
* Coordinating payment schedules and following up on financial commitments.
* Monitoring space reservations and ensuring proper organization and setup.
* Maintaining continuous communication with clients and building long-term professional relationships.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in sales, exhibition leasing, or event management.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
* Ability to manage clients and handle details accurately.
* Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
