C.Agency is looking for a creative & strategic Marketing Team Lead to join our team in Baghdad.

We’re looking for someone who can develop marketing strategies, manage campaigns, understand client needs and lead the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute marketing strategies & campaigns.
* Create monthly marketing plans for clients.
* Conduct market (competitor & audience research)
* Develop campaign concepts and content directions.
* Coordinate with the creative team and manage client requirements.
* Monitor KPIs, campaign performance & results.
* Lead the marketing team, delegate tasks and ensure quality.

Requirements

* 3+ years of experience in Marketing / Digital Marketing.
* Strong knowledge of social media & digital campaigns.
* Experience in marketing strategies and content planning.
* Strong communication, leadership & problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple clients/projects.
* Agency experience is a strong advantage.
* Portfolio / previous work is a plus.

📍 Baghdad | Full-time
💰 Salary Start from 1,250,000 IQD
based on experience & qualifications
