Shiomi, Japanese fortress city.
✔️ We started this project in August 2024, and now, after two years and over 1500 hours, the original idea is mostly realized!
💫 Many places served as inspiration for this project, too numerous to list, but especially Himeji, Matsumoto, Hagi, Osaka, and Kyoto.
🌿 It all started with a large Japanese castle complex, but the idea grew into a full-fledged castle town, comprising about 400 buildings.
🚜 The city underwent countless changes, entire landscapes and individual parts of it were built, rebuilt, and redesigned throughout this time.
