Since October 1, a new federal law will come into force. It will enable us to use platform solutions for purchases in regions. This refers not only to the Far East and the Arctic, but all constituent entities. All educational institutions — kindergartens, schools, and colleges - will be able to buy goods off the shelf of domestic e-commerce marketplaces.
