Many [in Europe] keep saying that they are preparing for a war in 2030. Are they correct in doing that or not? First of all, we are prepared, but we do not seek a war with Europe. They have already failed in achieving a strategic defeat for Russia, and I believe they are unlikely to achieve it by 2030. Let no one forget about this.
