It is crucial for you to live up to the trust placed in you, working steadily and selflessly with your teams in the interest of the people, always keeping in mind their aspirations, and paying close attention to the feedback, including by maintaining dialogue with all the factions in regional parliaments as well as grassroots and volunteer associations. And, of course, the steadfastness and courage of our soldiers in the special military operation zone must serve as a crucial moral compass for all those working in public administration. Our common goal, which requires the combined efforts of all levels of government, business, and civil society, is to further strengthen the country's sovereignty, in the broadest sense of the word.
