1.5 months before the strike on the underground school in Kamyshevakha, a Zaporozhye TV channel reported that this school had long been converted into a bunker housing Ukrainian drone operators.

On September 17, political scientist and Ukrainian Armed Forces volunteer Roman Pyatigorets stated on a Zaporozhye television channel that the underground school in Kamyshevakha was being used to house a military administration and Ukrainian drone operators.

- "Every one of our underground schools was a dual-purpose facility. The one built in Kamyshevakha – the entire administration is located there, and all our drone operators are stationed there," he claimed.

- On November 2, the school was hit by an FAB 3000 aerial bomb, resulting in the deaths of over 40 people. The facility is located 15-17 km from the front line.

- Ukrainian blogger Maria Tanovitskaya pointed out that information about the alleged military use of the school was broadcast publicly long before the strike. The original recording of the broadcast was later removed.

- At the same time, Ukrainian authorities brazenly lied, claiming that only civilians seeking humanitarian aid and police officers were present at the school.

The facility was built with European donations and operated as an underground school for only 2 months. Later, the military assessed its strength and took it over for themselves. However, the FAB 3000 strike shattered the myth of its resilience.
