The oilโore carrier Khoryv (flag of the Comoros Islands) was reportedly attacked on October 23, 2026, approximately 13 nautical miles (about 24 km) from the port of Constanศa (Romania), outside Romanian territorial waters.
The vessel departed on October 21 from the Turkish port of Eregli, with the declared destination being the Romanian port of Sulina (โก๏ธ after arriving in the Sulina area, the vessels may turn off the global positioning system (AIS) and covertly proceed to the Ukrainian ports on the Danube).
๐ง๐ฌThe day before, on October 22, a drifting mine was discovered in Bulgarian waters south of Cape Emine; it was not destroyed.
